Why Dumpster Service Times Matter- Time is Money

When choosing what dumpster rental service to go with there are multiple factors to consider. Everything from affordability, equipment types, appearance, friendliness, customer service, and the company’s over all reputation are all things to consider. One that you might overlook, but could have a huge impact on your overall experience with renting a dumpster is service times.

You might have seen us reference service times for our dumpster services in multiple places on our website, and wondered to yourself does service time really matter? In the short answer, it does. When renting a dumpster nothing can frustrate you more than a late delivery, a dumpster that his been on site well after you called for a pick-up, or the worst-case scenario it taking days for a company to swap your dumpster leaving a crew standing around, on the clock, with nothing to do. Here at Big Red Box- Coastal we feel our service times are what truly set us apart. Sure we have great customer service, fair prices, and a friendly staff, but our service times are truly unbeatable. We do this by operating differently than our competition.

So how do we do it? First we have a sister-company located 2 hours up the road that sends trucks down to Charleston when we see and uptick in service, a natural disaster, or when we have trucks being serviced for routine maintenance. This is something our competition, even the national chains simply can’t do, and allows us to maintain fast turn arounds regardless of the situation.

Second, we make sure to have more inventory and trucks than we need so that we can best serve our customers. Most companies will wait until they are completely out of inventory to purchase more, but we have found that just won’t cut it. Once placing an order most dumpster rental manufacturers take weeks if not months to deliver new containers. This can grind a company to a halt, or cause a serious delay in service. We make having enough equipment to service our customers a priority, which means we might not make as much money as the other guys, but our customers will be happier.

Third, we just flat out work harder than our competition. Our team will come in early, stay late, or add a second shift if that’s what it takes to keep our customers happy. In fact, everyday our first team members get to the office before the sun is up, and generally our last team members aren’t leaving until the sun is down. Try getting that kind of a commitment to service from a company from that is based out of state. Don’t believe us? Check out our reviews compared to theirs.

Give us a call, shoot as a text, or send us an email today and find out just how much we blow the competition away.
